Glenn has worked in the Property Recruitment industry in Melbourne since 2007. His professional experience and expertise stems from the property development industry where he worked for six years with a boutique developer on a large masterplanned community in Melbourne’s north in a Project, Sales & Marketing Management capacity. Since moving into recruitment he has expanded his speciality to include retail management dealing with shopping centre owners/managers.
Glenn aim’s to provide an honest, quick, no fuss approach to the recruitment process for both Clients and Candidates whilst trying to maintain a sense of humour about it all.
As the founder of Zoek Recruitment his business is not based on performance matrixes, so all contact will be relevant and personalised. He pride himself on a strong moral compass and has a long term view of his involvement in the industry and hence, will walk away from a placement if it is not right rather than push it through.
On a personal front, Glenn is married with two boys.
