How We Represent You

Ultimately our job is to find match the best available Candidate with the best available Job in the marketplace, in a timely and efficient manner. In doing so ensuring that our process is diligent, robust and respects the privacy of all parties involved.

You will be presented with opportunities that you are looking for, not pushed into what happen to be on the books.

If there are no current & / or suitable opportunities on our books, we will discuss options, your own contacts, desirable opportunities / companies and your search to date. If we feel we can add value, we will then take you to market, often finding opportunities that are not officially on the market. This makes up 50% of our business.

We absolutely value your privacy and your details will not be put forward to a company without your prior knowledge and authority. Period!

We understand that your career is a journey; we will remain in contact with you. It is not uncommon for Candidates of ours to be placed some time after our initial meeting.
